ANYTHING To compliment our Large Format Scanning Service we now offer a Vectoristation service. This allows us to convert old line drawings into .dxf format to be imported into AutoCad etc. For large format work we have the top of the range ACT Colortrac GX380 machine. This allows a true scan up to 400dpi and with built in interpolation up to 800dpi. This machine does not use mirrors but a three camera set up for very accurate scans. We can archive architectural drawings and plans in B/W or posters, prints etc in full colour. We can scan up to 1 metre wide and any virtually any length. The media to be scanned can also be up to 12.5mm thick so mounted prints are not a problem. The only real limitation to size and resolution is what will fit on a CD Rom. We can save as .tif or.jpg files etc.
WE OFFER THE COMPLETE PLAN & DRAWING ARCHIVING, PLOTTING & COPYING SERVICE. WE CAN AMEND YOUR CAD FILES IF REQUIRED, PRINT THEM ON OUR LARGE FORMAT PRINTERS AND MAKE COPIES OF THE MASTER PRINT ON OUR PLAIN PAPER PLAN COPIER (UP TO A0), WE CAN ALSO SCAN IN ANY HARD COPY DRAWINGS & ARCHIVE THEM TO CD AT ANY REQUIRED RESOLUTION. WE ARE HAPPY TO ACCEPT DRAWINGS EMAILED FROM ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD WHICH CAN BE PRINTED BY US AND SENT TO ANY LOCATION IN THE UK OR EUROPE. WE CAN ALSO SCAN IN ANY HARD COPY DRAWINGS FROM UK COMPANIES AND EMAIL THEM ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD. Below is an outline example
guide for one off full colour RGB large format scans at 300 dpi but please
email for accurate quote on any thing else. A2 £5, A1 £10, AO £15 save to CD £3 per CD. This is just an a few examples for RGB at 300dpi. Their are discounts for quantities. We can scan up to 800dpi. B/W A1 plans at 200dpi
£2.50 but discounts for quantities (as low as £1.25 per scan).
